COMMONSENSE PLEASE-Just a little reality check that The Westin / JW Marriott in this area would charge $3-4,000 a night for a space this size. These are economical accommodations that host large groups and save them thousands. If your not a happy / unrealistic person or coming out to have an unauthorized party please stay somewhere else.

There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be evicted immediately with no refund and security deposit will be forfeited.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay, please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rates are based on our preferred size of 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. We prefer smaller groups but allow extra guests but charge a nominal fee to cover the utility, garbage removal and wear and tear expenses of hosting more people. It is a nominal fee of $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2. This is automatically calculated in your quote if you have put in the correct amount of guests staying.

WHY SO CHEAP?

Your booking direct from one of Scottsdale's largest owners. You are also booking with a actual company with full time staff like a hotel for anything you may need during your stay.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for your reservation for a reduced rate to help with travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested. Usually 50% of your nightly rate.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED

Homes are cleaned and sanitized by two cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra for your stay for an extra $95 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, pool will be whatever the night time temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated to a comfy 75-85* it is only a fee of $150/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.

Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee.

You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks.
