Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the money you paid minus a $250 processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.
Deposit Policy
Any damage &/or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file on your rental agreement if any action (or inaction) of the client, occupant, or temporary guest(s) causes direct or indirect monetary loss to the property owner. The decision as to what constitutes a breech, and the evidence associated with what constitutes an accessible breech, shall be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. In all instances whereby the exact amount of monetary loss is not able to be determined, the amount of the charge will again be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. Moreover, in instances whereby the exact amount of the loss cannot be determined, the minimum charge will in all cases be $100. The aforementioned minimum charge is in no way intended to limit the amount of the charge which may be made in instances whereby the owner and/or the owner's agent deem a larger charge is warranted

The place was so mesmerizing and everything was perfect. Check in went smoothly and check out was smooth as well. Would definitely be coming back to this location and would definitely recommend 😀
Booked this property last minute due to an issue with our original property. We were able to get in next day, a lifesaver for us!
The property is near many amenities such as grocery, restaurants, etc.
The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and beach towels are provided. I believe we were the first to use the brand new gas grill!
The price per night relative to the number of people that can stay is very on par. The kitchen was equipped with basic supplies. We did find that some closets did not function great and some bedroom spaces are quite small but again, very much on par with the price.
We had a few questions during our stay that were answered/addressed promptly.
Lastly, we loved the grapefruit tree on the property...we had it for breakfast and the freshest cocktails! I hope this was ok to do!

We had a last minute cancelation on our original house rental and were fortunate enough to get booked into this house. The owner was wonderful in helping with the last minute setup. House is very spacious and backyard is wonderful! Location is great with easy access to shopping and freeway. Would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely loved it! Perfect for my kids to sleep where ever they wanted and swam in the pool all day. Would love to be back soon!
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was kid friendly. Comfortable sleeping. 6 bedrooms was just right and that 3rd bathroom was so helpful. The pool and hot tub were warm. We paid extra for the security gate for the pool. We thought it would secure the pool, but it actually secludes the whole yard not just the pool. To use golf, bocci ball, pool table, foosball or hot tub, the pool is not gated off. The gate secures the patio but we could have dead-bolted the back door and it would have served basically the same purpose without paying extra for the gate. Maybe in your advertising, that could have been more clear. We loved our 4 day stay. Thank you.

This property is amazing. It was cozy, clean, perfect location and with plenty to do. We stayed active everyday we were there and close to shopping, restaurants and sporting events. We would definitely stay at this property again without question.
This home was the perfect spot for a large party to have a fun, secluded, but spacious home to enjoy for a holiday weekend. It's close to a lot of great amentities that Scottsdale has to offer and provides a relaxing experience if you just want to hang out. The pool is large and the outdoor games make for a perfect place for all ages. Close proximity to many stores makes trips for food, propane, etc a breeze. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone looking for a great steal.

Property has been well updated and met the needs of our 8 guests. Issues with pool were resolved and Robin and his staff were very helpful.
It's the perfect setup for a couple families or a larger group. The setup has something for everyone whether you're into relaxing by the pool or watching sports while playing pool outside.
House is located in north Phoenix / Scottsdale.Great for golf. Only 20 min from the airport.House has been updated. Suitable for a guys golf trip. Backyard is nice with putting green, pool and hot tub. Kitchen is nicely updated. Plenty of towels for bath and pool in the linen closet.
