Base rate includes 8 guests. Additional guests over age 2 are $40/night each.

Primary booking guest must be 30+ (or highly rated) and provide ID within 3 days of booking.

No outside guests, unauthorized events, or parties (strictly enforced).

Pets allowed with approval & $150 fee.

Pool heat: $150/day or $600/week (+tax). Spa heat: $150 per stay (+tax).

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool/hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool/hot tub.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay, please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The nightly booking fee includes up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. As an effort to keep our rate low, we price the base of the home low, and charge more for extra people. This is done specifically to keep our rates low. Please let us know. There is a $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2.
