You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool/hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool/hot tub.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the money you paid minus a $250 processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.
Deposit Policy
Any damage &/or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file on your rental agreement if any action (or inaction) of the client, occupant, or temporary guest(s) causes direct or indirect monetary loss to the property owner. The decision as to what constitutes a breech, and the evidence associated with what constitutes an accessible breech, shall be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. In all instances whereby the exact amount of monetary loss is not able to be determined, the amount of the charge will again be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. Moreover, in instances whereby the exact amount of the loss cannot be determined, the minimum charge will in all cases be $100. The aforementioned minimum charge is in no way intended to limit the amount of the charge which may be made in instances whereby the owner and/or the owner's agent deem a larger charge is warranted

We were a group of 6 women visiting the Phoenix area for a tennis tournament. Scottsdalestays house was perfect! We each had our own bedroom, the kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware, glasses, etc.., the extra refrigerator was a pleasant surprise, and the hot tub was perfect for our achy muscles after a long day on the court. The house was conveniently located. It was easy to get everywhere, but the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a small issue upon arrival but Scottsdalestays was fast to respond and accommodate us. The house was wonderful and big enough for all 13 of us. The backyard was wonderful. We played volleyball, bowling, ultimate frisbee, basketball, ping pong and more. The kitchen was spacious for all of us to be in the living area at once and not feel crowded. The house was stocked with what we needed to take care of their place. We would definitely stay again.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and satisfaction with our recent stay at the house. The prompt response and excellent conditions of the property made for a seamless and enjoyable experience. The neighbors were also very friendly, and the ample space provided was perfect for our needs. We were impressed by the variety of activities available for both kids and adults, and didn't feel the need to venture out much. The outdoor areas were exceptional, and the additional amenities exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider staying at the house again in the future.
