The Casa Royale Estate

Had 16 guys all stay on the property and had a great time! Plenty of sleeping space and common area space for everyone. Scottsdalestays provided grilling equipment, plenty of towels, everything you would need to have a great weekend in Scottsdale with a group of guys. All the TVs had Roku access, which was easy to watch playoff basketball in any room we were in. I had to contact them about the temperature of the pool and they were fast to respond and send a team to help us with the temperature. At the end of the stay, a cleaning lady came to begin cleaning as we left the property. The stay was easy going and a pleasure from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. A great way to have a large group in Scottsdale and would definitely stay again!

We rented this house along with the house next door for a family reunion week. Our family is very active so the sports courts and pools were in constant use. We had pickleball tournaments, volleyball games, corn hole and basketball games throughout the week. The pools and hot tubs were in constant use. We made big meals in the kitchens and enjoyed the large gathering areas. We occasionally ventured out for hikes and sight-seeing. The support team was very responsive to our needs.

The house was awesome! We came out for my birthday and her house was more than accommodating for our large group. It's a ~20-25 minute drive to Peoria Sports Complex and Old Town Scottsdale which is where we spent most of our time. The house was super clean and all the bedrooms/common areas had enough space for all our guests. We loved all the activities in the front yard and wished we could have used the pool more (it rained while we were there). We had a slight issue with the bathrooms (bound to happen with a large group) but Scottsdalestays customer service team were very responsive and the issue was fixed within an hour. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

the estate was the perfect place for my family’s get away. After a poor experience at a different Airbnb poor we selected this place and they could to accommodate us on very short notice. The place was as described on the website. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to be comfortable. The location has easy freeway access and is about 15-20 minutes away from the airport. Highly recommend Scottsdalestays for your next stay!

This house is breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for our group. Also, close by to a zillion events and fun activities. All gas no breaks, highly recommend! 11/10

Lovely pool and hot tub, nestled in superb desert landscaping. The backyard is a perfect place to relax or to entertain. There was plenty of space and beds for all 15 guests, and many of the rooms felt quiet and private despite our large group. Our host took great care to communicate with me through your stay.

The property is very beautiful. The amenities allowed for the entire family to stay on property and enjoy without having to adventure into the city.

We really enjoyed our Spring Break trip here! The backyard space is great. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and cornhole and bocce games. We ate dinner outside and used the fire pit most nights. The neighborhood is quiet and it was an easy drive to the things we wanted to do in the area. There was plenty of space in the house for us to spread out. A few minor wear and tear issues here and there, but all were typical of a rental property. Overall, the house was well-equipped and clean. We found communication with the property managers to be fantastic - they were very responsive to our requests! This is a great house for a family trip and would also be perfect for a guys' weekend or bachelorette trip.

This property was great for our group for spring break. We had more than enough room to spread out. The kids used the pool and hot tub every single day, even when the locals were wearing jackets!! We felt the neighborhood was safe and it was quiet at night.

Booking was quick and efficient. Communication with the property manager was simple and quick as well. We would defiantly book again if staying in Phoenix again.

There were plenty of beds and TVs in this house. The pool was beautiful and the spa was clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. It would be great for a guys get away.

Magical backyard/pool with plenty of amenities (pool table, boccie, volleyball, putting, corn hole) to keep our group extremely entertained and delighted during a warm week in Phoenix. Look forward to coming back and bringing the rest of the extended family, as there's comfortably room for 12.

The pool is wonderful and relaxing. A great backyard! When we arrived it wasn’t heated to the promised temp but the host was extremely responsive and had the heater turned on within a short amount of time. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and quite large. Can sleep a ton of people! Would be fun for a girls/guys getaway or for multiple families.

The rental property was exactly what we were looking for. A large group of us were in Scottsdale for a golf weekend and we loved the house. The pool is amazing and there was more than enough room for us. We also really enjoyed hanging out in the the large family room / kitchen area. You are close to some great golf courses and it is easy to get to and from the airport. We will definitely look to this property again if we make another trip to AZ!

This is a great estate with tons of amenities, including TV's everywhere, even outside! This home was meant to host guests, providing an abundant amount of space, sleeping quarters and entertainment. The owner was very responsive to our questions.
