Great spot for a large group! We loved the backyard activities. Great kitchen for cooking. Very central to a lot of great places in Scottsdale.

Booked this trip for a stay in Arizona for my bachelor party. The house was spacious and clean! Plenty of bedrooms for a large party. Only 15 minutes to Scottsdale and 20 minutes to Phoenix airport. The pool, hot-tub, grilling area, and outdoor amenities were awesome. Scottsdalestays were responsive and helpful! I would stay at this place again and highly recommend it!

The house was exactly what we expected. We had a family reunion of 12, which included smaller children and we enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised and we had plenty of room to spread out. There were lots of towels, stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, utensils and pots/pans. It was nice having separate water heaters so that everyone could enjoy a warm shower.
We did pay the fees for heated pool, heated hot tub and paid for sports equipment to be delivered because we planned on using the outdoor amenities.
The customer service number was fairly responsive, we even had someone come out to fix a couple things during our stay.
The house is on a quiet street but the location is convenient to many shopping centers.
Overall we had a great week and love Arizona!

This was the perfect alternative to a hotel (which were extremely expensive for our dates). We traveled from NV to AZ for our school drone teams to participate in a tournament and we get all of our money from fundraising (so we're on a tight budget). The magnificent home not only had enough beds to accommodate all of us, but it was extremely affordable as well! We arrived late at night and had to check out early in the morning, but it all went really smoothly and the hostess was always quick to reply. All of the rooms were so nice that we didn't even have to worry about fighting over who got what bed (a huge bonus when you need students to go to sleep right away)! We all wished that we had more time to spend there! Soooo many activities available right on the property. Wonderful kitchen amenities available, plenty of towels, several indoor and outdoor seating options, just fabulous. Wish we could have stayed longer. EXCELLENT!!!

House is just as it appears. Very roomy, clean and well stocked. We where a group of golfers who do this trip annually and the space was perfect. I would recommend to others and use again myself.

This was a great setup for multiple families. Fantastic pool that we paid extra for to heat which was well worth it as it was mid February. Fantastic sand volleyball area, basketball/pickleball court, grassy space and mini ping pong table. Rooms were well appointed and beds were very comfy. Pool pumps/equipment were excellent. Outdoor BBQ space was a great area and having a large W/D on site was so helpful for our group and especially for doing extra loads of towels. Overall, an amazing property with LOTS of rooms and spaces for a large group!

We stayed at this property with 3 other couples. Plenty of bedrooms and space, lots of activities in the backyard and we had a blast.

Awesome house! Fit our whole group perfectly. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a great place for large groups. Has all the amenities and plenty to do for all ages!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) spent almost 16 days here at this lovely house - even extending our trip by a few days there at the end. The outdoor space is everything as advertised. Beautiful pool, grassy area, mini golf, cornhole, full sand volleyball court (!), hot tub, pickleball. It was a winter delight for my whole family to be able to spend so much time entertained outdoors.

The inside is no less wonderful. The house is laid out really well, with two "wings" coming off the great room. The beds and linen are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked (including All-Clad cookware), and there are plenty of towels to be had all around. The wi-fi is outstanding, which for us was critical as we had two kids doing remote schooling on Zoom and two working adults on calls all day too. No issues for any of us, and we were spread out between the indoors and outdoors all throughout.

The location is also great - very close to Paradise Valley and Kierland Commons, so we had easy access to all the shopping we needed at places like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Best Buy, etc, and we were equally close to wonderful restaurants in Kierland Commons and Old Scottsdale. It was equally easy to venture out to Northeast Scottsdale for hiking, and we even took day-trips out to the Grand Canyon (3.5 hours) and Sedona (2 hours).

One final point worth mentioning - the owner Robin, and his team, were very responsive and made for such a pleasant stay. I always believe that it's not in the prevention of issues but in the response to issues that service really shines, and they demonstrated that. For example, we noticed that all the pickle balls were missing (turns out previous renters must have hit them into the neighbor's yard) and we didn't have a pump for the basketballs. By the end of the day, packages had arrived from Amazon with everything we needed. Additionally, we had an appliance issue, which can happen when staying for so long, and within hours we had people there to address the problem. That was great.

This is a wonderful home and I recommend it highly. It would be great for families or larger groups as well. Thank you Robin!

My friends and I had an awesome time at this property. It certainly was a lot of bang for the buck, and we didn’t have to leave the house at all to have a blast. Everything we wanted and needed was right on site. Would absolutely stay again. The host was very nice and was quick to respond to any questions. Not sure if you’d be able to find a better option in terms of quality, offerings, and price.
