Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the money you paid minus a $250 processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.
Deposit Policy
Any damage &/or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file on your rental agreement if any action (or inaction) of the client, occupant, or temporary guest(s) causes direct or indirect monetary loss to the property owner. The decision as to what constitutes a breech, and the evidence associated with what constitutes an accessible breech, shall be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. In all instances whereby the exact amount of monetary loss is not able to be determined, the amount of the charge will again be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. Moreover, in instances whereby the exact amount of the loss cannot be determined, the minimum charge will in all cases be $100. The aforementioned minimum charge is in no way intended to limit the amount of the charge which may be made in instances whereby the owner and/or the owner's agent deem a larger charge is warranted

We needed a property for a work trip and this definitely fit the bill. When we realized there wasn't enough fridge space for all our groceries, the host brought coolers right away. Communication was smooth and minimal. I'd recommend this house for large groups that are looking to relax in comfort!
It was easy, transparent, and painles
The place was perfect for our golf group. Lots of beds. Great outdoor space. Huge kitchen. Honestly, it was just exactly as it appears on the vrbo site.
And the Owner was very responsive and helpful.
Overall, the house was great. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but the owner had it replaced while we were there. My only constructive feedback is it was difficult to get the outdoor lights all to work. The house seems to have a lot of automation built into it, The hot-tub was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay!

Enjoyed my stay. The property was exactly as it was described. There was plenty of space for my group to be comfortable. I enjoyed the layout of the space as well. The outside pool area was my favorite and the group had a great time soaking up sun rays and lounging around. Thank you for accommodating my group and being an excellent host during my stay!
Property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Check in and checkout was great. Had a problem with one of the remotes and robin got back to us right away. We never left the house . Definitely recommend if in this area and have a large group .
