A fully remodeled and elegantly furnished 3 bedroom home plus attached guest room home conveniently located in Mesa just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale / Scottsdale Fashion Square, world famous upscale shopping,golfing and dining areas. This spacious luxury home was renovated throughout with beautiful lush landscape, perfect for watching our glorious desert sunsets with the one you love.

The expansive patio wraps around a crystal blue pool with hot tub set to 101* , poolside gas fire pit and is furnished for outdoor enjoyment.

You can grill your signature steaks on our steel gas grill, while your family and friends relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Inside the "The Villa Dobson Ranch" Private Home, you can play games with your family in the large tiled family room or simply watch old movies on one of the flat screen televisions available for your use.

Create sumptuous meals in our generously sized kitchen that comes complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances or just eat take-out pizza on the formal dining table while you talk about the best parts of your day with your kids.

Had a great stay was in Phoenix for work n it suited our needs especially the pool during the 115 plus daily that we had to battle the pool table was Also great to come home too would definitely stay again

The house was clean and comfortable for my family. We enjoyed having our own space and also spending family time together playing pool and in the pool! Meals were made easy in the fully appointed kitchen and the outdoor grill. Dining room and table were large and it was nice to have family dinners overlooking the lush backyard and pool. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Bisbee Breakfast Club within walking distance.

Great location close to airport and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights at the end of April. We enjoyed the pool and the weather was perfect. It's an beautifully upgraded home we were very happy.

The management company left a welcome basket which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the landscape was done well. We would have enjoyed the fire pit if the temps were cooler. The kids also enjoyed the pool table!

The beds were nice and the house is in good shape. The house is obviously professionally maintained and all the towels, utensils, etc that you need are available. The neighborhood was quiet. It is also very convenient to the freeway.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the money you paid minus a $250 processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.

Any damage &/or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file on your rental agreement if any action (or inaction) of the client, occupant, or temporary guest(s) causes direct or indirect monetary loss to the property owner. The decision as to what constitutes a breech, and the evidence associated with what constitutes an accessible breech, shall be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. In all instances whereby the exact amount of monetary loss is not able to be determined, the amount of the charge will again be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. Moreover, in instances whereby the exact amount of the loss cannot be determined, the minimum charge will in all cases be $100. The aforementioned minimum charge is in no way intended to limit the amount of the charge which may be made in instances whereby the owner and/or the owner's agent deem a larger charge is warranted
