Great bargain:prime location, relaxing place, amazing food and drinks nearby! Five stars for every category can seem overstated, but we really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was exactly as described, quiet and relaxing, and Robin's customer service was tops! The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. The master walk-in closet was even big enough that we couldn't put our baby's pack-n-play in there for a temporary nursery. It was so nice to have breakfast on the balcony next to the pretty flowering tree, or swim in the pool. Apartment boasts a tile shower in the master, shower/tub in the main bathroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and memory foam mattresses. Very comfy couch in the living room. (For young children) we just moved the glass coffee table to the guest room so it would be put of the way for our 10 month old. Otherwise, it's very kid friendly. (Hello, washer and dryer!) The location is great because it's just a few streets over from downtown Scottsdale, which mean you have the excitement and convenience of great shopping and restaurants, but none of the traffic or noise. We we're in town for a GCU graduation, and it took less than 30 minutes to get there. We highly recommend Snooze: an AM Eatery, and Culinary Dropout!! The Scottsdale mall is also very close so there's shopping galore. The host was even very accommodating and let us add an extra night so we could stay until our evening flight out. Maybe the only bad thing about this place is that it's on the 3rd story... but there's an elevator right across the way and being on the top floor reduces any potential for noise.

If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the money you paid minus a $250 processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please ask for further information or contact your preferred insurer.

The decision as to what constitutes a breech, and the evidence associated with what constitutes an accessible breech, shall be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. In all instances whereby the exact amount of monetary loss is not able to be determined, the amount of the charge will again be entirely that of the property owner and/or the property owner's legal agent. Moreover, in instances whereby the exact amount of the loss cannot be determined, the minimum charge will in all cases be $100.
